Thomas Hoffmann has been a partner at Weiland Rechtsanwälte since the partnership was founded in 2001. He has also been a managing partner of the law firm Weiland & Partenaires since 2000.

As a German lawyer and French Avocat à la Cour he can advise you on all matters pertaining to Franco-German legal relations.

He served his legal clerkship at German courts, law firms, the Senate Chancellery of the Hanseatic City of Hamburg, the Franco-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and a French-German law firm.

Thomas Hoffmann studied law at the University of Hamburg, Lille II and Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. He has been working as a lawyer in Paris since 1992.

He is a member of the Law Committee of the Franco-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the French Society of Comparative Law (Société de Législation Comparée), the Franco-German Jurists' Association, the German Lawyers' Association (Deutscher Anwaltsverein), the Working Association of international commercial law at the German Lawyers' Association, and the Institute for European Traffic Law.
