Dr Nils Gustav Weiland has been a partner at Weiland Rechtsanwälte since 2010. Dr Weiland worked as a lawyer for international law firms in Hamburg and Berlin from 2003 until 2010.

He can advise you on all aspects of insolvency law. Moreover, he is your contact for questions pertaining to commercial and company law, general insurance law and civil law, and also real estate law. In particular, Dr Weiland can provide advice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Dr Weiland obtained his Master in Public Administration at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government in 2000. He studied law at the University of Hamburg, obtaining his PhD in 2003.

Dr Weiland is a member of the Judicial Election Committee of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
