Dr Hellmut Müller joined Weiland Rechtsanwälte in 2018, prior to which he was a senior partner with a renowned Stuttgart law firm and notaries’ office.

He can advise you on all aspects of commercial and company law, foundation law, the laws governing fiscal offences, inheritance law and real estate law. Moreover, he has comprehensive experience in the field of company and asset succession, and is a specialist for tax law.

Dr Müller studied law at the universities of Tübingen, Munich and Würzburg.

He is a member of the German Tax Law Association (Deutsche Steuerjuristische Gesellschaft e.V.) and serves on the supervisory boards and advisory boards of various commercial enterprises and non-profit organisations, including the Neue Liszt Foundation in Weimar. Furthermore, he has been an honorary senator at the Franz Liszt Univestity of Music in Weimar since December 2017 and an honorary senator at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Stuttgart since April 2024.
