Early legal advice is particularly necessary in the field of labor law in order to avoid legally relevant mistakes. We have two lawyers specialised in labor law who will advise and represent you in your capacity as an employer in such matters as drawing up contracts of employment for staff and executives, restructuring company operations, transferring firm ownership, issuing warnings and cease-and-desist letters, issuing notice of dismissal with the option of redeployment or altered conditions of employment, and concluding severance agreements and non-competition clauses.

We act in your interests as an employee by asserting your rights of protection against unfair dismissal and negotiating settlements, and we can advise you regarding your other rights as an employee. In addition to individual employment law we also advise and represent employers or works councils in collective labor law, e.g. when entering into works agreements and redundancy schemes and for conciliation committees.
